I visited Dr. Brooks’s office after a friend Recommended her when I chipped my front tooth, and so glad I went in. From the moment I walked in the office everyone was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Dr Brooks dental assistant was organized and professional taking my history and x-rays before Dr. Brooks came in. I was especially nervous because I wasn’t sure If my front tooth could be repaired with bonding, but Dr. Brooks immediately put me at ease. She is not only highly skilled, but also has a kind calming chair side manner. The results were totally amazing. My tooth looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier. The staff also took the time to explain my insurance coverage clearly, so there were no surprises at checkout. I had a crown to fall off my upper left molder while eating lunch. I call the dental office to get a same day appointment due to this being an emergency situation. I arrived and checked in, my wait time was minimal. Doctor Brooks was able to see me, this was my second time seeing her. Dr. Brooks is very warm, caring, attentative and professional. She reviewed my x-rays , examine my tooth that was missing the crown and gave me my options to fix the loss crown situation. If she tried to remount the crown, chances of it being a success was less than 40%. Next option refer me to a specialist to have the tooth removed due to its condition. I will need an implant after the tooth has been removed and get a new crown mounted on the implant once every has healed. She explained how technology has improved the process of getting an implant. I have a implant that's more than 20 years old. I chose a permanent fix to see the specialist she referred me to which is one of her colleagues to start the process. I appreciate Dr. Brooks great personality, her professionalism, her honesty and her caring mannerism.

I have been going to the Dentists at North Cypress for about twenty years and it has been great. I really like everything about the office. For a while now I have been seeing Dr. Brooks. She has always been thorough and professional. I had two wisdom teeth pulled today and she did the work. The work went very quickly and seemingly easily. It didn’t hurt and she was very calming. Seven hours later it still doesn’t hurt. I haven’t left a review before but I always recommend this office to people I know.

Dr. Rome wanted me to get all 8 of my molars crowned because she thought I needed it done. Every time I saw she mentioned I was on crown watch. I trusted her and did it even though she was out of my dental network and it was expensive. It has been one of the worst decisions of my life. The crowns were too large and were not comfortable. She left part of my tooth showing on my bottom molars which has made it impossible to keep the food out of them. I now have lost two of my crown teeth because I was told of the crown application was not correct. I am having decided to have the 6 other crowns removed and replace in fear of losing more teeth. I would get a 2nd opinion is she puts she on crown watch.

Dr. Santo Salvo carefully explained each step of the procedure so I knew what was going on as she removed an old crown and fixed the cavity under it. She was very assuring and very competent and skilled.

It was excellent. I had my teeth cleaned by Kelly. She did a good job and always talked to me. I enjoyed her company and the professional job she did.

Dr Rome and her chair side assistant Ebony brought back my smile! I had a couple of chipped teeth and a crooked tooth due to a fall several years ago. Dr Rome added veneer to my teeth and covered the flaws to make my teeth perfect. The work was very professional and conversation during the procedure was entertaining too! I highly recommend Dr Rome and her staff for their excellent work and sparkling personalities!
